Types of Personnel Qualifications

Life Coach

01. Qualification Introduce

The purpose of developing the Life Coach certification is to cultivate verified coaching professionals capable of drawing out clients' inner resources and supporting the establishment of concrete action plans across all areas of life. This certification is necessary to establish standardized core competency criteria and objectively evaluate a coach's active listening, powerful questioning, and high empathy capabilities in alignment with ISO/IEC 17024 international standards. Going beyond simple motivation, it ensures the reliability of coaching services by verifying the practical ability to transform clients' vague visions into measurable outcomes and share continuous accountability. Furthermore, it aims to meet social demands by producing experts who strictly adhere to professional ethics and systematically assist with multi-dimensional challenges, including career, finance, interpersonal relationships, and health.
