Impartiality Policy
In accordance with ISO/IEC 17024:2025 Clause 4.3, IQCS ensures impartiality in all certification activities by::
- Remaining independent from commercial, financial, and organizational pressures
- Maintaining organizational separation between training and certification
- Conducting regular impartiality risk assessments through the Impartiality Committee
- Evaluating and controlling potential AI-related bias
- Analyzing relationships with related bodies
- Taking immediate action when impartiality threats are identified
