e-Sports Player

01. Qualification Introduce

In order to promote professionalism and standardization in the e-sports industry and to foster players with international competitiveness, a qualification certification system based on systematic job analysis and evaluation criteria is established.
In addition to the basic game play ability of e-sports players, it contributes to enhancing the professionalism of e-sports players by evaluating and certifying their multifaceted capabilities such as strategic judgment, team communication, self-management, ethics, and long-term leadership (possibility of transition to coaching/strategy analyst).

02. Certificate Subjects

Strategic thinking and tactical analysis, Team collaboration and communication, Self-management and academics, fair play, Real Gameplay

03. Requirements for qualification

- High school graduate or higher (or equivalent).
- Those who have received formal e-sports training (e-sports academy, pro team trainee, education course graduate, etc.).
- Those who have experience participating in e-sports competitions (those who have participated in regional, national, or international competitions).

04. Examination guide

Primary test : Applicants must take the exam according to the attached application criteria and obtain at least 60 points.
Secondary test : Only those who have passed the primary exam can take the secondary exam.

<h3>Article 1 (Purpose)</h3>

<ol>
                <li>The purpose of this Agreement is to prescribe the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of cyber sites and users in using Internet-related services (hereinafter referred to as "services") provided by IQCS Co., Ltd.. (hereinafter referred to as "site").
※ The terms and conditions apply to electronic transactions using PC communication unless they are contrary to their nature.

</ol>

<h3>Article 2 (Definitions)</h3>

<ol>

<li>"Site" means a virtual place of business where IQCS Co., Ltd. can trade goods or services using information and communications facilities such as computers in order to provide goods or services to users, and is also used as the meaning of a business operator operating a cyber site.</li>
		<li>The term "user" means a member or non-members who access "site" and receive services provided by "site" pursuant to this Agreement.</li>
		<li>The term "member" means a person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to the "site" and who is continuously provided with information on the "site" and who can continue to use the services provided by the "site".</li>
		<li>'Non-member' refers to a person who uses the service provided by the 'Site' without subscribing to a member.</li>

</ol>

<h3>Article 3 (statement and amendment of the terms and conditions)</h3>

<ol>

<li>"Site" shall be presented to the initial service screen (front) of the "Site" so that users can know the contents and trade name of this Agreement, the location of the place of business, the name of the representative, the business registration number, contact number (telephone, fax, e-mail address, etc.).</li>
		<li>"Site" may amend the terms and conditions to the extent that they do not violate the relevant laws, such as the Act on the Regulation of Terms, the Framework Act on Electronic Trade, the Electronic Signature Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization, the Act on Door-to-door Sales, and the Consumer Protection Act.</li>
		<li>When "Site" amends the terms and conditions, it shall be notified on the initial screen of the site along with the current agreement from seven days before the application date to the day before the application date.</li>
		<li>If the "Site" revises the terms and conditions, the amended terms shall apply only to contracts entered into after the date of application, and the terms and conditions of the previous amendment shall apply to contracts already concluded before the date of application. However, if a user who has already signed a contract sends his/her wish to be subject to the amended terms and conditions to the "Site" within the notice period of the amended terms and conditions under paragraph (3) and obtains the consent of the "Site", the amended terms and conditions shall apply.</li>
		<li>Matters not prescribed in this Agreement and the interpretation of this Agreement shall be governed by the e-commerce consumer protection guidelines and related statutes or regulations established by the Government.</li>
		</ol>

<h3>Article 4 (Providing and Changing Services)</h3>

<ol>

<li>"Site" performs the following tasks:
			<ol>
				<li>Providing information on goods or services and concluding purchase contracts</li>
				<li>Delivery of goods or services contracted for purchase</li>
				<li>Other tasks determined by the "site"</li>
			</ol>
		</li>
		<li>"Site" may change the details of goods and services to be provided under a contract concluded in the future in the event of a shortage of goods or changes in technical specifications. In such cases, the details of the changed goods and services and the date of delivery shall be specified, and the details of the current goods and services shall be notified from the 7th prior to the date of delivery.</li>
		<li>If the contents of the service contracted with the user to be provided by "Site" are changed due to the lack of goods or changes in technical specifications, the "Site" shall compensate the user for the damage caused by the change. However, this shall not apply where there is no intention or negligence in the "Site".</li>

</ol>

<h3>Article 5 (discontinuation of service)</h3>

<ol>

<li>The "Site" may temporarily suspend the service provision in the event of a repair, replacement, or failure of an information and communications facility, such as a computer, or a communication interruption.</li>
		<li>In the event of a service interruption under paragraph (1), the "site" shall be notified to the user by the method prescribed in Article 8.</li>
		<li>"Site" shall compensate users or third parties for damages caused by temporary suspension of service provision due to the reasons referred to in paragraph 1. However, this shall not apply where there is no intention or negligence in the "Site".</li>
		</ol>

<h3>Article 6 (membership registration)</h3>

<ol>

<li>The user applies for membership by stating that he/she agrees to this Agreement after entering the membership information in accordance with the subscription form set by "Site".</li>
		<li>"Site" shall be registered as a member of the users who have applied for membership as referred to in paragraph (1) unless any of the following apply:
			<ol>
				<li>Where an applicant has previously lost his/her membership pursuant to Article 7 (3) of this Agreement, the foregoing shall not apply where he/she has obtained approval for membership of the "Site" after three years have passed since the loss of his/her membership under Article 7 (3).</li>
				<li>If there is a false, omitted entry or omission in the registration form,</li>
				<li>In the event that registration as a member is deemed to have a significant technical impediment to the "site"</li>
			</ol>
		</li>
		<li>The time of establishment of the membership contract shall be the time when the approval of the "Site" reaches the member.</li>
		<li>If there is a change in the registration under Article 15 (1), the member shall immediately notify the "Site" of the change by e-mail or other means.</li>

</ol>

<h3>Article 7 (withdrawal of members, loss of qualifications, etc.)</h3>

<ol>

<li>A member may request withdrawal from the "Site" at any time, and the "Site" processes withdrawal immediately.</li>
		<li>If a member falls under any of the following reasons, the "site" may restrict or suspend his/her membership.
			<ol>
				<li>If false information is registered at the time of applying for membership;</li>
				<li>Where a member fails to pay the member's liability in connection with the use of goods, services, etc. purchased using the "site" on the due date;</li>
				<li>Threatening electronic transaction order, such as obstructing other people's use of "site" or stealing information;</li>
				<li>In the event that the statutes and these terms and conditions are prohibited using the "site" or act against the public stream;</li>
			</ol>
		</li>
		<li>If the "site" restricts or suspends membership and the same act is repeated more than twice or the reason is not corrected within 30 days, the "site" may lose its membership.</li>
		<li>If the "site" loses its membership, the membership registration will be canceled. In this case, the member shall be notified and given an opportunity to explain before the cancellation of the membership registration.</li>

</ol>

<h3>Article 8 (Notices to Members)</h3>

<ol>

<li>If the "site" notifies the member, it may be sent to the e-mail address submitted by the member to the "site".</li>
		<li>"Site" may be substituted for individual notices by posting them on the "Site" bulletin board for more than a week in case of notification to an unspecified number of members.</li>

</ol>

<h3>Article 9 (Application for Purchase)</h3>

<ol>

<li>The site user applies for the purchase on the "Site" by the following method.
			<ol>
				<li>Enter your name, address, and phone number</li>
				<li>Selection of goods or services</li>
				<li>Choosing a payment method</li>
				<li>Signs that you agree to this Agreement (e.g., click on the mouse)</li>

</ol>
		</li>
		</ol>

<h3>Article 10 (Constitution Formation)</h3>

<ol>

<li>"Site" accepts an application for purchase as specified in Article 9, unless it falls under any of the following:
			<ol>
				<li>Where there is a false, omitted entry or omission in the application form;</li>
				<li>Where a minor purchases goods and services prohibited by the Juvenile Protection Act, such as tobacco and alcohol;</li>
				<li>In the event that it is deemed that accepting other purchase applications is significantly detrimental to the "site" technology,</li>
			</ol>
		</li>
		<li>The contract shall be deemed to have been concluded when the approval of the "site" reaches the user in the form of a receipt confirmation notice under Article 12 (1).</li>

</ol><h3>Article 11 (Payment method of payment)</h3><ol>

<li>Payment methods for goods or services purchased on the site may be one of the following:
			<ol>
				<li>Account transfer</li>
				<li>Credit card payment</li>
				<li>Online bankbook deposits</li>
				<li>Payment by electronic currency</li>
				<li>Payment on receipt, etc.</li>
			</ol>
		</li>

</ol>

<h3>Article 12 (Change or cancel the receipt confirmation notice or purchase request)</h3>

<ol>

<li>"Site" notifies the user of the receipt confirmation when the user requests the purchase.</li>
		<li>The user who has received the receipt confirmation notice can request the change or cancellation of the purchase request immediately after receiving the receipt confirmation notice if there is a discrepancy in the expression of his/her intention.</li>
		<li>"Site" shall be processed according to the user's request for change or cancellation of the purchase request before delivery.</li>

</ol>

<h3>Article 13 (Delivery)</h3>

<ol>

<li>The site specifies the delivery method, delivery charge by means, delivery period by means, etc. for goods purchased by users. If the delivery period of the agreement is exceeded due to the intention or negligence of the "Site", the user shall be compensated for damages caused by the contract.</li>

</ol>

<h3>Article 14 (Refund, Return and Exchange)</h3>

<ol>

<li>"Site" shall notify the user of the reason for the inability to deliver goods or services requested by the user for reasons such as out of stock, etc., and shall terminate the contract within two business days from the date of receipt of the payment in advance, or within three days from the date of the occurrence of such goods or services.</li>
		<li>In any of the following cases, "Site" shall immediately refund, return, and exchange goods within the following business days, even if the goods are delivered. However, the deadline for such request shall be within 30 days from the date of delivery, the date on which the following facts are known or known:
			<ol>
				<li>Where the goods delivered differ from the order or from the information provided by the "site"</li>
				<li>If the goods delivered are damaged, damaged or contaminated</li>
				<li>If the goods are delivered later than the delivery period indicated in the advertisement.</li>

<h3>Article 15 (Personal Information Protection)</h3>

<ol>

<li>"Site" collects the minimum amount of information necessary for the user to fulfill the purchase contract when collecting information.

				<li>Phone number</li>
				<li>Hope ID (for members)</li>
				<li>Password (for members)</li>
			</ol>
		</li>
		<li>When "Site" collects personal information that enables users to identify themselves, it must obtain consent from the users concerned.</li>
		<li>The personal information provided shall not be provided to a third party or used for any purpose without the consent of the relevant user, and all responsibilities for such personal information shall be the "site". <br />only
Exceptions are made in the following cases:

				<li>In case the shipper is informed of the minimum user information (name, address, phone number) required for delivery.</li>

<h3>Article 16 (Duties of the Site)</h3>

<li>"Site shall not engage in acts prohibited by statutes and these terms and conditions or contrary to the public stream, and shall do its best to provide goods and services in a continuous and stable manner, as this Agreement establishes.</li>
		<li>"Site" shall be equipped with a security system for the protection of users' personal information (including credit information) so that users can use Internet services safely.</li>
		<li>The "Site" shall be responsible for compensating users for damages caused by improper display and advertisement activities under Article 3 of the Act on the Fairness of Display and Advertisement.</li>
		<li>"Site" does not send commercial e-mails that users do not want for-profit purposes.</li>

</ol>

<h3>Article 17 (Duties to Member's ID and Password)</h3>

<ol>

<li>The member is responsible for the management of the ID and password except in the case of Article 15.</li>
		<li>A member shall not allow a third party to use his or her ID or password.</li>
		<li>If a member recognizes that his/her ID or password has been stolen or used by a third party, he/she shall notify the "Site" immediately and comply with the "Site" instructions.</li>

</ol>

<h3>Article 18 (User's Duty)</h3>

<ol>

<li>The user shall not perform the following actions.
			<ol>
				<li>Registering false information when applying or changing</li>
				<li>Change of information posted on "Site"</li>
				<li>Send or post information (such as computer programs) other than information set by "site"</li>
				<li>Infringement of intellectual property rights, such as copyrights of "site" and other third parties.</li>
				<li>"Site" or other acts of defaming or obstructing third parties.</li>
				<li>Disclosure or posting of obscene or violent messages, images, voice, or other information against the public stream on the site.</li>
			</ol>
		</li>

</ol>

<h3>Article 19 (relationship between connected and connected sites)</h3>

<ol>

<li>If the parent "site" and the child "site" are connected by hyperlinks (e.g., hyperlink targets include letters, pictures, and fairy tales), the former is referred to as the connecting "site" (website) and the latter as the connecting "site" (website).</li>

<h3>Article 20 (Restrictions on the attribution and use of copyright)</h3>

<li>Copyrights and other intellectual property rights to works created by "Site" shall be attributed to "Site".</li>
		<li>The user shall not use the information obtained by using the "site" for profit or use it to third parties by copying, transmitting, publishing, distributing, broadcasting or other methods without prior consent from the "site".</li>

<h3>Article 21 (Dispute Resolution)</h3>

<ol>

<li>The "Site" establishes and operates a damage compensation device to reflect legitimate opinions or complaints raised by users and to compensate for such damages.</li>
		<li>"Site" deals with complaints and opinions submitted by the user first. However, if it is difficult to expedite the process, we will notify the user of the reason and schedule immediately.</li>
		<li>Disputes between "Site" and users may be adjusted by the Electronic Trade Dispute Mediation Committee established pursuant to Article 28 of the Framework Act on Electronic Trade and Article 15 of the Enforcement Decree.</li>

</ol>

<h3>Article 22 (Trial Rights and Compliance Act)</h3>

<ol>

<li>A lawsuit concerning an electronic transaction dispute between the "Site" and the user shall be filed with the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.</li>
		<li>Korean law applies to electronic transaction lawsuits filed between "Site" and users.</li>

</ol>
