Level 1
- A person who has completed the Creative integrated coding training program conducted by an educational institution recognized by IQCS and is qualified for the Creative integrated coding Level 2.
- A person who has SW coding qualifications recognized by other IQCS

Level 2
- A person who has completed the Creative integrated coding training program conducted by an educational institution recognized by IQCS and is qualified for the Creative integrated coding Level Ⅲ.
- A person who has SW coding qualifications recognized by other IQCS
- A person who understands algorithms and can program block coding (EPL) at intermediate level

Level 3
- Teenagers who have completed the Creative integrated coding training program conducted by an educational institution recognized by IQCS.
- Teenagers with other SW coding qualifications recognized by IQCS.
