01. Qualification Introduce

In the service industry, wine is enough to serve as a medium for raising the social and cultural dignity to the next level, and it is the wine sommelier who plays a pivotal role in this wine industry.
Sommelier certificate is a certificate issued to an expert who has completed a certain amount of education as well as a necessary certificate for a person who wants to grow into a professional at a restaurant service site, including a hotel.

 

02. Certificate Subjects

Grape cultivation and wine-making. Understanding  wine-producing regions & grape varieties.  Wine manners.

 

03. Pre-requirements for qualification

- A person of a strong service mind.
- A person who is engaged in duties related to wine.
- A person who has completed at least one-semester class.

 

04. Examination guide

Primary test : Applicants must take the exam according to the attached application criteria and obtain at least 60 points.
Secondary test : Only those who have passed the primary exam can take the secondary exam.
