The goal is to foster professional educators who have passed a systematic standard education evaluation, along with developing their own musical skills through systematic education in the theoretical areas of jazz (justice, history, music theory) and various rhythms, techniques and expressions necessary for practical skills.

- A person with a bachelor's degree or higher in a related department (or similar department) who is not ineligible to complete the training and practical training of the relevant course and is in good physical and mental health
- Those who have completed the international qualification course for jazz piano instructors
- A person who holds an international certification as a practical accompaniment instructor

Primary test : Applicants must take the exam according to the attached application criteria and obtain at least 60 points.
Secondary test : Only those who have passed the primary exam can take the secondary exam.
