After registering as a member, fill out and submit the designation application form on My Page.


02. Review of submitted documents (IQCS)

Conduct document review of submitted documents


03. Establishment of on-site audit plan

Information on the on-site audit schedule for training institutions that have passed the document review


04. Office audit

On-site audit is conducted for training institutions that have passed the document audit.


05. Witness audit (training, testing)

On-site audit is conducted for training institutions that have passed the document audit.


06. Nonconformity report (when occurring)

If a nonconformity occurs, a nonconformity report is issued to the relevant training institution.


07. Training Center Designation Form

Providing a letter of designation as a training institution to the training institution that has been finally judged suitable and granting authority to conduct training.
