International Qualification Certification (IQCS) declares that impartiality is of our supreme importance and kept in all qualification certificate activities of IQCS and any relationships with all IQCS personnel including any applicants, candidates, certified personnel and employees of IQCS.

For that, all IQCS personnel declares that:

1. IQCS does not restrict the applicant and candidate of qualification certificate due to financial problems or other conditions, specific group and organizations.

2. IQCS does not allow commercial, financial or other pressures to compromise impartiality.

3. Prevent conflict of interest that threatens impartiality as ownership, management system, human resources, finance, contract, branding, marketing or brochure. If any threats arise immediate action shall be taken.

4. Minimize potential threats that influence the result of a qualification certificate due to formal or informal relations of employees of IQCS.

IQCS members, including committee members, contract managers, full-time and part-time staff, and those involved in the certification of qualifications make a written pledge to comply with the above declaration.
